I believe he's the artist of that picture. I've seen it on some of the other pics Qpan posts.

Hmmmmm.... Heres somthing That you guys will all enjoy:

Download that thing and you will be able to:
custumize the regualer skins (blue, green, orange, base, exc.)
custumize the regualer weapons(chaingun,disc,laserrifle, exc.)
cuztumize the turrets(rocketturret,plasmaturret,camera, exc.)
Custumize pretty much everything

You can make a lot of crap. Then when your down finishing cusumizing u can vol it and have your bery own skin! HAHAHA everything is thankful to noxwizard for taking time to volumer all that and zipping it. Also, I had already volumered some Skins That arn't in TRIBES regualry if u would like them.

skins i have:
SST
WoodlandCamo
Fire
TE (Regular skin set)

Theres some stuff that u can custumize to get soem points:
Haha It would be cool to have turretskin, weaponskin, and theres some other stuff in nox zip. So Download it and custumize.! You bery welcome

I've got the Halo skin, but I'm going to make my own. I'm going to use the Halo renders to make it.

Hmm. I know someone has tried to make a Halo skin before because Tribes Live had it as part of the download.

hmm... Lol that would be cool to get bong to make our very own Gui .. I mean Without openGl or with ( i can't use open GL ) hes guis are awsome.
