has is singular. have is plural.
the dead refers to more than 1. plural.
thus, have risen is proper.

Oi, some koala guy started pounding me on the WAR server (verbally) for like, 2 hours.

no one did SQUAT!!! he was freezin me and detoungin' (voting... he didnt have admin)
and of course, saying i was a 'newb' and hatin.

AND he kept Nz killing during kwsn.
He even convinced ppl that 'I' was Nz killing and that it was ALL my fault (thats how i got detounged)

His name was 'Koala...somthing i cant remember....'
maybe DeadMan remembers.
