Need the words to have some kind of glow, the color of the glow does not matter as I said before. Just needs a glow...

Edit: Umm...where the hell did the words go? I gotta fix that -_- I'll do it tomorrow maybe.

IE stops refreshing a .gif image after the 10th time or so.
