i had one that you use your thumb to control the ball.

They are abit hard to use while gaming, at first, but you get used to it

Yeah, when I first got this mouse it was kinda hard, but now I have noticed that I can play better with a mouse like this than a usual mouse.

i used to use a track ball at one time. gaming with it is a bit of a learning curve , but once your used to it its great . but i havnt come acrross a trackball thats comfy for my hand .
