funny you mention that , i was thinking the same thing when i was doing this . the funny thing is that this is much older than halo .

1996, right? News of Halo came out in 1999. If you find some old pics of the Halo Previews in 1999, there's some big differences in how the armor looks compared to current-day Halo 1 armor.

halo was originally slated for release on the mac as a 3rd person shooter sometime back in the early 90's...i think. teh disturbing.

im sorry but i find that funny . considering the orginal book was written in the 50's and describes the armor very well . that computer animated tv show that armor is very close to what is in the book . closer than the movie did . to be honest i think the movie went the easy route instead . if anything Halo, and the whole space marine (doom and others) concept is all due to the ST moblie infantry discribed there in the novel .
