I have to say tho, gooberman, that geologically, we know the area... but politically? There's a conflict going on there right now, that not even Americans know about, and there are different religious sects of Islam in Iraq, who are now fighting against each other, which our troops are caught in right now. These people were terrified to even vote, due to threats from Insurgents, brainwashed by Iraqi Military ethics. These are not cavemen, just the opium smokers of ye old 3000 BC in Jerusalem, hence the "burning bush".

YES thank u 4ev3r....hes got alotta good points which i will now repeat: help the poor urself. donate to a charity. start a food drive. dont blame it on the president, hes got enough to worry about. and yes, dont listen to the media. they're the ones u should be bad mouthing, not our 'unjustified invasions'. we're liberating those people who, for so long, were tortured and oppressed by their twisted leader. we've freed them, they're happy. ALSO....im tired of hearing about how horribly 'nam went. and how we have to 'rely on nukes'. we lost in 'nam cuz, as it was mentioned by hammy i think, they fought in ways we hadnt seen (guerilla warfare, which is actually how the terrorists in iraq fight) in an unfamiliar environment. as for nukes...we used an A bomb on japan. big feckin deal. forget about pearl harbor did we? anyways, the US government might be a bit..nosy...but at least we're not terrorists blowing up crowded subway stations.
