heh....a console is a mini PC. its just a gaming machine. and they cant make it as powerful as a PC because then consoles would cost...alot of money. as much as a PC. people wouldnt be willing to spend that on a console. consoles are just made to appeal to everyone, which they do. they support every genre, can be easily played, rarely have complex controls, and if u care about graphics so much the 360 and PS3 are bringing easily as much (if not more) power than ur average gaming PC. the way a game looks is about 70-80% due to how its programmed. lazy developers means a poor game. consoles are just for people who dont want the headache of a PC (trust, they are a headache) and want to play games. thats what consoles are for. games. and they go online, and succeed. there are a good number of great online games for consoles that are played alot. and PC's arent made exclusively for gaming. they're made for...just about everything. business mainly. consoles are the gamers main stream. havent u noticed that there are maybe half as many PC games as console games and most of those PC games are low quality knock-offs in an attempt to make a quick buck? online and processing power dont make a console or a PC. its game quality. and consoles have that more so than PC's. if ur a hardcore gamer, thru and thru, u need a console. if ur a hardcore online gamer, go for a PC. but dont forget that there are quality online games, and they're only going to get better.
