Lol... I like Defragment my computer every week... I don't know if it helps. but i tihnk it does. And i also run the Error Checker thingy. That gets rid of some unused crap... lol... But have fun. Hmm i wonder if I could update My windows.. Naw i'll just wait till this christmas for a new computer. Well i hope.

Hmm, I would just check for things running themselfs on startup...

Start -> Run -> msconfig

Lol... MY computer is so old. The Disc to Windows 98 was in the box.. So when i need to restart the computer ... I just go and destroy everything and just install it again... it works good though.

the word REformat doesnt exist.
but u can Format it.

and most problems can only be ignored by taking some start up applications out of msconfig. removing adware and virus` and trojans can be such bitchwork because it requires unplugging your internet connection, booting up XP in safe mode and remove registry key after registry key. its easyer just to format..

thats why i keep everything i have almost completly backed up on a few DVDs.

i back up anything i need on a diff partition
