Alcohol works better than water, because when alcohol evaporates, it's an endothermic reaction meaning it absorbs heat. |

You would have to have it enclosed ofcourse. Let the alcohol evaporate, condense at the top, then it would drip back into the alcohol resevoir with the pump, all the while cooling the liquid. |
