me wants tah play it...if EA manages to make it better than westwood did (they probably will, the whole past experience, new technology, etc. stuff.) good for them. but i still miss westwood.

aside from the whole 'betrayal of NOD' thing, CABAL wasnt a half bad AI construct. as for generals being better than tiberian sun....nur. generals is far too short and easy. all EA did was make a game with lots of bells and whistles. so many in fact, that the actual game was pancaked beneath them. tiberian sun wasnt quite as good as C&C95 (i have a deep sentimental attatchment to that game. i was one of the 5 people who played it on the saturn..later the PSone and now teh PC) but it was still better than the butchery EA has committed. the only thing i really like about generals is blowing stuff up. too bad its not particularly satisfying.

Interesting, they probably will screw it up because they don't know what Westwood was thinking when they made it, but I'm fine if it has a main lobby chat and it has the main idea of it like the original Tiberian Sun. I pwned all on Tiberian Sun, got my serial code banned for some reason, I never cheated or glitched. I just played it to have fun and I was rank #1 for some odd reason, I played 5 ranked tournament games and pwned them and got rank #1, very confusing to me.

Yay for the sequal to Tiberian Sun, I miss Westwood as well. :(

I got bored and put a bunch of mods on my Tiberian Sun Install, then played Firestorm. Tis' fun to kill a platoon of tanks with a civilian makes bear sounds and shoots a really thick blue laser from the sky.
