I have refused to deal with intel for many many years now.. since i got a 486DX chip that said only American Micro Devices on it. no acronym in 1991 - 1992. i was like 12 and it was my first real personal opinion that i had to stand up for amoung computer techs and junkys. and when i noticed that it was able to overclock and have it perform much beter than my dads intel 486DX overclocked. anyways since then i havent bought a single pentium processor. and convince any client who im building a computer for that its far wiser to go with AMD or im not building it for them.. i say. "u gave me your budget, and i said id build u the best performing computer that your budget will buy, and that aint a pentium" |
