I found the full length video, which includes the entire presentation, but the host can't except many downloaders, so contact me on xfire to download it. It's about 1 hour as well, but the video pauses every 20 minutes.

To an optimist the glass is half full
To a pessimist the glass is half empty
To a programmer the glass is twice as big as it needs to be
