PlanetSide is free for one year. They are doing a PlanetSide Reserves thing.

Actually the people who DO pay for it are absolutely fanatical about the game.

I downloaded it and installed it. The installer requires 3.6 gigs of harddrive space. I didn't care for the game. It's a lot like Tribes, there are different armors and invos, but it's really sensitive and it's graphically demanding.

aww how could u not have known what planetside shwas? it looks(looked) like a lot of fun....i saw some video thing of it and there were like 60+ people in a forest of some sort and like...planes and tanks blowing the bejeezus out of eachother. almost like Bf2....
