Last time I checked, Tribes doesn't write to .cs files, it writes to .log files. Console.cs manages a lot of the .exe functions, like running dedicated servers, quick connect, and calls a bunch of necessary files, it in no way logs your actions.
If you don't know the answer, please don't just make one up, it confuses people.
If your Tribes isn't logging, open autoexec.cs, and add this somewhere:
