Yesterday, my poor foot got smashed by a 45 pound free wt while I was in wt training class.

It came off a machine called the leg press when it was jerked while it had maxium wt on it which was 780 pounds.

Sad part is I got a steel toe boot to try and prevent that but it hit further up my shoe so it missed the steel toe and actually hit my foot.

Right now, I went and got an X-Ray on it but they haven't looked at it yet. Hopefully I will know today weither or not its broken, but there still is swelling and pain.

ouch... well hmm that sucks.... well look on the bright side if it did break. it will hurt twice as bad if u kick some one wit u cast on lol. well i hope things go ok wit ur foot.

Well, it didn't break. But it does have swelling still today. So its mostly just soft tissue damage. They took an X-Ray of it.

btw, When we went to get the X-Ray from my normal doctor, their generator exploded, you could hear it explode in the background, unfortunately it was the one that powered the lab and X-Ray machine. Apparently their are two generators that power the building. So we had to run to another place to get it X-Rayed.
