with all the wsand swirling in the wind at a....put simply, a VERY fast speed, its going to erode your bones to nothing but more sand.

Much like 'Rock & water' erosion at a faster pace. Although it depends on how long the bones are in the wind i should think.

the bones would be moving AS fast as the sand. the only way ur skeleton would get disintegrated would be if something were holding it in place. the thing with rocks and water is, the rocks are sitting still as the water MOVES OVER them. if the rocks were moving with the water, the erosion wouldnt happen.

Bones hae more mass than a single grain of sand. So there will obviously a difference in the traveling speed of the two objects.

In Lamen's terms: Sand moves faster through wind than bones, bones still get eroding effect.

i thnk goobs got a point... cause they wouldnt move much faster and it might erode alittle but b4 it completly erodes it would probly get broken up and then go just as fast as the sand

but! bones have a higher rating on the moh's scale. meaning they're harder than sand. it might erode them, but it would take a very long time. the tornado would probably die off before the bones could be destroyed

Wow, a simple joke and we're talking about physics, erosion, moh's, and a question of time.

And yes, you do have a point there. Although I will state that you can erode bones with sands much faster than water. With a certain velocity of course.

btw: how old are you?

13 I am.
