Mega Man: Upon a Star is an anime OVA series, based on Capcom's best-selling video game
franchise Mega Man. Created in the early 1990s, all three episodes were released on VHS
and DVD in North America by ADV Films in 2002. The OVA is viewed as a series of educational
shorts on the culture of Japan. It also serves as a pilot for the eventual Ruby-Spears cartoon
series.
