I use Presto on my Tribes, so I know it works with the one up for download.

I recommend downloading Presto from our site. I fixed a bug in it that caused the drop/time out/kick messages to not show up.
http://theexiled.pwnageservers.com/files/Presto.zip

Presto can't just be dropped in and be expected to run. It needs to be added to the autoexec.cs file. I'm not sure if my copy has a blank one or not, but Presto comes with one you can use. This page goes more into the installation of it:
http://www.planettribes.com/presto/install.shtml

The summary:
* Unzip with subdirecories.
* Unzip into Tribes/Config directory.
* Add the line:
exec("presto\\install.cs");
To your Autoexec.cs file.
