Make your Tribes look like T:V with this conversion pack.

IMPORTANT!
==========
Do NOT change the names of the .bmp or .tga files or Tribes will crash when you use the model.


Instructions:
=============
Move all the .bmp and .dts files into your Base folder. (ie C:\Dynamix\TRIBES\Base)
Move the .tga files into the Replacements folder.
Copy all of the text in autoexec.txt into your autoexec.cs file after the exec("hudbot.cs"); line.
If you want to use the Flag or Mine in Tribes, you will need to get a CRC Bypass.

The dsword.flag.tga sitting out in the main directory, is just an additional flag skin you can use if you don't like the current one. Anubis made it.

If your computer lags, then you can't handle the Extreme Edition. Sorry.

It seems that some of the non-hudbot textures were not palletized correctly, so I updated it. I also included the jetpack.dts that I left out, and tweaked the flyer's mount position. Since the non-hudbot version is small, just redownload it.

For the hudbot users, I have made a download that just has the flyer and jetpack, so you don't have to download the whole thing again.

I know this is a bit late, but I just discovered your awesome vengence conversion pack recently :D

I ran into some issues with it though...
1) In order to use the Blaster, Grenade Launcher, Plasma Gun, Grappler, Shock Lance weapons I had to rename their DTS files to the appropriate tribes equivalent...
That was no problem to fix.

2) In the Trees picture above, you have two types of trees... And in the packages, you have Tree1.dts and Tree2.dts... but they are the same! I don't see the second tree from the photo on the right. Did they not make it into the package accidently? Or intentionally? (I wanted the other tree :O)

3) My favorite armor is the light female vengence armor... :oops:
But, I don't use it because of this issue... it bothers me :

4) Not really an issue, but the "camera" replacement would look awesome as a deployable turret replacement. But, I guess it isn't rigged properly... I tried to switch it, but the turret wouldn't aim correctly...

Anyways, it might be too late but thought I'd see if there were any solutions :D
Great job with this replacer conversion. Tribes never looked so good...

I make the user rename them so that they can pick what weapons to replace.

Both trees are included, but not every map uses both trees. I believe the tree on the left is more popular. You can switch the names of the trees if you want, it won't hurt anything.

It does that when it switches to the second Level Of Detail which is when the model is 10 pixels tall. There's nothing I can do about it. There's something wrong with the animation files and there's no way to modify them.

The map turrets use a different model and are rigged completely different. T:V did not have automated turrets, so I did not include any.
