Meh...I thought I'd just remind everyone who is in the U.S. about 9/11 when jetliners were hijacked and ran into the twin towers and a third jetliner ran into the pentagon or something(I think the 3rd one was shot down but the govt(government) wants us to believe it wasn't). |

Two hit the towers, one hit the pentagon, and the last one the passengers overtook the terrorists and crash landed in Pennsylvania I think. |

seriously, what is done is done. people died. The tsunami killed tons more people than WTC, and no one seems to give a crap anymore about that, and it was more recent! it was 5 years ago. Quit reminding us, its making it hard to forget. |

It's not the fact that they died. It's how they died. The tsunami was a freak of nature. People deliberately crashed the planes into the towers and killed just under 3000 people on 9/11. This was the biggest attack on the US since pearl harbor.
Families of that jetliner's passengers recieved cell calls from the plane that crashed in rural pennsylvania. Like krog said, the passengers tried to take back control of the plane, and it ended up crashing. It was believed that this one was inteded to hit the white house. |

9/11 I agree it was shocking. but it was a long time ago. Does it still make people want to talk about it? Like brave said the tsunami killed a ton of people as well it doesn't matter if the attack was on us. the tsunami deserves some recognition as well. |
