I just want the words "Evil has never had its limits" and "It is better to be under estimated, than to be over estimated." to have a glow, whatever color you like. I want the glow somewhat like how Noxwizard has his, don't matter the color the words glow, just want a glow. 92% of teens have moved on to rap. If you are part of the 8% who still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your signature.  Top

But umm...yeah its a pic from PhotoShop Cs2, I tried going to properties, taking the link thing and putting it on here, didn't work. Well that makes Peng's advice completely meaningless then. You have to save it as a different filetype, not .psd .
