Keep switching Start Points after you lose, that way the A.I. doesn't learn. If you keep using the same one, it gets harder.

The Technical of the future, right there.

And Krog, in the first skirmish I played against a medium computer, it had an army and a nuclear missile all ready to fire in less than 2 minutes D:

To anyone who decides to buy C&C3, a warning:

Patching it is BAD. It does not like to be patched. Quite a few people have been complaining about a Direct3D CnC3.dat "OUT OF MEMORY" error, occuring within 5 minutes of playing. It's because of the 1.02 or 1.01 patch, I theorize. The game worked fine until I installed them, and then the problem disappeared once I removed the patches.

I haven't seen any. They just rebalanced all the existing units.

In the campaign, though, the enemy units (notably Nods') are much tougher than they normally would be. I can see why, too; Nods' units are soaked in weaksauce :l

Playing as GDI, Attack Bikes were shredding Orcas, APCs, and Pitbulls like Jesus wouldn't approve of. It took 4 or 5 Pitbulls to kill 2 or 3 Attack Bikes, and I'd still lose 1 Pitbull and have another near death.

Now, playing as Nod, it's just the opposite. Even an APC can demolish a few Attack Bikes before it takes any real damage.
