StarSiege: 2845 is coming.

I've been waiting for a long time for this to come out...and yet it hasn't. Have to be patient. The ATR (Alpha Tech Release) test is on.

The game is going to be a bit like Starsiege Tribes. Lots of different mechs and stuff. There is going to be a multiplayer version, which I think will be free, and a single player campaign you can buy or something.

was that the game that was supposed to merge tribes and starsiege and offer the mech (or herc if u want to be more accurate. i think) based combat and development but at the same time have all the little flying d00dz shoosting at eachother on the ground? cuz that game, if it exists/existed looks/ed alsum. i'd click those links and look for myself, but...well im lazy. me sorry.

man hopefully i can get a better computer by the time that comes out...whitch if i get the job that i just applied for i will be able to get one with in a couple months...im talkin a relly good one....like one that will be like "psh" to battlefeild 2

Pretty much like that I guess. Except the jetting is limited and I think there will be no skiing.

This game is going to pwn MechAssault 2.

And what do you mean by limited jetting? Like an energy limit? Because that's in tribes too... Also, skiing would totally ruin the mobility of the infantry. It would make them near useless, when they should be almost as powerful as the mechs themselves, not weapon-wise, mind you, but their speed could even be greater than a mech, and they're hard to hit cuz they're like ants on your screen. Although it would be easy to hijack a mech then... perhaps the pilot is ejected, and you have to wait 10 seconds for the mech to power up, which in the meantime, the pilot can try and kill you?

I should post this on the suggestions forum for that game...

mechassault2 was pwned as soon as it was released. that game is basically a dumbed down version of MW4...
