i also have aerial assault . to be honest i thought it played better than T2 . the only thing that i missed was the grav tank .

what really ruined t2 for me was the bugs and all the dam patches and the fact that my copy burned over at freinds house due to fire . :( aerial assault no patches and easy set up .

but i can say ive played both and enjoyed both for the most part though i still like T1 better .

T2 and T1 are both good games. i cant really say which is better. but aerial assault was kinda annoying...can u say 'controller mapping issues'?

Both StarSiege Tribes and Tribes 2 are free I believe. At least they WERE, cause I remember seeing many articles that say Sierra lets people download it for free to do something to Vengeance or something...

I either can't say which one is better.

And yes, those are flares, used to get the cursed missiles off your back :D Can't throw one out of a vehicle though.
