Compare a P3 with a k6-2,and the k6-2,with about 66mhz lacking,still overcomes in speed and cooling tests. Even the newest processor out,the fx-60 with nearly 300million transistors,runs cooler than intels answer and it runs faster! Not to mention that intel still lacks 3dnow and sse3 support  Top

So I have no idea what in the hell you're talking about. Intels have always been known to run a hell of alot cooler than AMDs. Like I stated it's light reading. Im not bias twoards AMD or Intel. I had planned on purchasing an AMD in the future to see how it rolls. And I think that the man that made those statments has had alot more experience with Intels and AMDs than you have. So I will trust his opinion.  Top

AMD and intel both make good products that people use and enjoy. theres no point in saying ones better than the other, cuz people who use the one that u say sucks, will say that the one u use sucks. as i've stated b4, i've used AMD's and im currently using my first intel PC. it works great. i've had fewer problems than i did with my AMD! so, saying one is better has no real benefit aside from expressing your own opinion....  Top
