Your p3 is at 45 max?
mine is 35 max and 25C idle!
AMD chips have always been known to run cooler,anywhere from 10c-50c cooler due to efficiency.My friend bought an intel 3.4 for his new computer,and its running 72C max.The intels in my school,62C to melting.

AMD is also more stable,one reason,heat causes the chips to get finnicky and instable,this is where AMD comes in.Lower temps,more stable
