	Author Message Exit Mundi Joined: Sat Jan 28, 2006 12:07 am Posts: 39 Location: Her in a flash and gone without a trace Posted: Sat Jan 28, 2006 11:45 pm    Post subject:   yeah,i know the fans dont,but the CC does,about 4 watts. and i need the strip for the battery and the extra outlets.im the wireless broadcaster and internet connection in my house,so my strip is powering my computer,my speakers,my monitor,my cable modem,and the broadcaster.i cant plug in into the wall because it doesnt have surge protection,and the $760 computer i worked my ass off for doesnt want to be taken out by a surge.  Top

Go to http://www.newegg.com and search for parts there.i got everything i have in my comp from there.their cheap too. got a gig of ram for $83,and the 6600Gt for $143. as for a CPU,i recomend an Athlon 64 of some type,like a 3200+(2.0 Ghz) or possibly a 3400+(2.2Ghz). The Athlon 64's run super cool and fast.i have my A64 3000+ (1.8Ghz) running at 31Celcius idle, 35C full load.of course i also bought a Zalman CNPS7700-Cu heatsink,2 pounds of copper in fins blossomed around a 120mm fan. keeps everything nice and cool  Top
